I forgot my password. How do I get a new one?

You can reclaim your password if you have forgotten it. 

Step 1:  

Click "Forgot your password?" link on the Sign In panel and it will display a page to "Create a new Password".

Step 2:  

Fill in your registered email address/mobile number to get the password, and click the "Send Email" button.

Step 3:  

It will display a successful message: "Your password has been changed. An email has been sent as confirmation".

Step 4:  

In the email you receive, click on the "Change Password" link to set your new password. After this, you can sign in and change your password in "Dashboard".

What is verification and how does it work?

At Jobloid.com, the safety of our users is very important. As part of increasing security, we give our users the option to verify their account, which means that we can ensure that the person behind the account is a real person.

As a verified member, you have unlimited access to all jobs and can contact all employers.

The verification is a subscription which is activated until you cancel the subscription yourself. Payment is automatically deducted from your card monthly. We give you the opportunity to a trial verification for 2 days for only EUR 1, which is then renewed with EUR 49 per month if you choose to continue.

The subscription is automatically renewed until you end the subscription yourself. This information appears before the purchase and after the purchase in your order confirmation. The verification has no binding period and can be canceled at any time.

Right of withdrawal

Within the EU, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

When you activate the verification, which is a subscription, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal as long as the subscription has not been used.

When you activate the verification at Jobloid.com, it is used immediately, which you accept in the terms and conditions when you activate the verification, this means that the right of withdrawal lapses as soon as you activate the verification. The right of withdrawal is thus agreed away, this is when you immediately get access to all the benefits that the verification brings.

How do I cancel my verification?

You can easily cancel the verification by logging in to your account, clicking on settings and then on Membership, you can then choose whether you want to cancel your subscription.

Please note that you can only cancel the verification on your own according to the above instructions. You cannot cancel the verification by e-mail due to security reasons.

What does it mean that there is no binding period?

When you activate your verification/subscription, you do not commit to anything. You can always cancel your subscription and you do not commit to anything other than what you have already paid.

A.

It is common for users to create multiple accounts with Jobloid.com and then forget which of the accounts they activated the verification on.
